I have many tips to make sure that I stay in good health, which will help me to detoxify.

Here are some of the tips:Eat healthy foods.

Healthy foods are delicious, nutritious foods that are high in antioxidants and vitamins, and that can reduce your chances of getting sick from toxins and infections.

Some healthy foods are: whole grains such as barley, oats, barley, oat bran, and quinoa; legumes such as beans, lentils, and chickpeas; and nuts, including almonds, cashews, walnuts, pistachios, and pecans.
